Sales Agreement and Delivery Terms


SALES AGREEMENT

Article 1 – Parties

Buyer:
Buyer information is arranged according to the details entered during the order.

Article 2 – Subject

The subject of this agreement is to determine the sales and delivery conditions of the product or service ordered by the Buyer on www.poyraznetwork.com. The agreement is based on the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the relevant regulations.

Article 3 – Product Information

The type, nature, quantity, sales price, and delivery details of the products or services ordered are specified on the order screen and in the confirmation e-mail.

Article 4 – General Provisions

  • The Buyer acknowledges that the basic characteristics, sales price, and delivery information of the product have been clearly explained to them.
  • The product shall be delivered within a maximum of 30 days. In compulsory situations, this period may be extended by up to 10 days.
  • The shipping fee (“Delivery Fee”) belongs to the Buyer.
  • The Seller is responsible for delivering the product completely and without defects.
  • If necessary, the Seller may supply an equivalent product.
  • If payment is not made, the delivery obligation is cancelled.
  • Delays may occur due to force majeure; the order may be cancelled.
  • For products requiring a warranty certificate, the box may be opened and the warranty certificate may be issued.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 7 days from the date the product is delivered, without providing any justification.

Requirements for exercising the right of withdrawal:

  • The delivery note and original invoice (if corporate, a return invoice) must be provided.
  • The return form must be filled out.
  • The product packaging and accessories must be complete and undamaged. If there is a gift product, it must also be returned.
  • Refund is issued within 10 days following the notification.
  • The invoice must be sent along with the returned product.
  • Value loss caused by the Buyer shall be compensated.
  • If a campaign discount condition is violated, the discount is cancelled.

After the withdrawal notification is made, the return process is completed within a maximum of 10 days. Value losses caused by the Buyer are compensated. If the total amount falls below the campaign threshold, the applied discount is cancelled.

Article 6 – Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used

  • Cosmetic and personal care products
  • Underwear products
  • Software and digital products
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VCDs, cassettes, etc.
  • Toner, cartridge, ribbon products
  • Assembled computers and electronic products (if unassembled, returns are accepted)

Article 7 – Debtor’s Default

If the Buyer falls into default, they agree to compensate any damages. If performance is not completed within the required period, the other party may grant an additional 7 days. If the delay continues, the agreement may be terminated. The applicable interest rate is the Central Bank of Turkey’s overnight borrowing rate.

Article 8 – Competent Court

In case of dispute, the Consumer Arbitration Committee and Consumer Court located at the Buyer’s place of residence are authorized. Limit amounts are determined according to official regulations.

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted this agreement upon approving the order.

This Agreement is made for commercial purposes.

Delivery and Order Conditions

Orders are shipped within 3 business days after bank payment approval is received. Delivery time may vary between 1–3 business days depending on the shipping company’s workload and the delivery address.

For custom-made products, delivery times are separately stated on the product pages.

In case of any issue caused by us, you will be contacted through your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your contact information is accurate and up to date.

No deliveries are made on public holidays and official holidays.

Deliveries are carried out under the guarantee of Poyraz Network via contracted cargo companies.

If the selected products are not in stock, an informative e-mail will be sent to you, and the estimated restock date will be shared.

www.poyraznetwork.com allows multiple customers to shop simultaneously. Although rare, stock depletion may occur if the same product is purchased by multiple customers at the same time.
